24th Annual Kiwanis Golf Scramble on Sep 8

The Kiwanis Club of Richmond has been serving Madison County for over 68 years. The club is involved in numerous service activities, student projects and provides bi-weekly fellowship and presentations from community members and organizations. One of the fundraisers is the 24th Annual Golf Scramble held at Gibson Bay Golf Course on Sep. 8, 2017.

As a member of this community, we are requesting you assist the Kiwanis of Richmond with supporting this event that raises funds for the most vulnerable youth, seniors, and needy in Madison County.

Kiwanis Christmas Party

Turkey and Ham will be provided by the club.
Club members may wish to bring potluck dishes,
chips and snacks and/or drinks

Attendees may wish to bring a Christmas monetary gift for Hospice in the name of Eddie Allameh. As members know Eddie died within the past month and Hospice was very attentive to his needs.

Attendees may also wish to bring a wrapped white elephant gift from their home. There is no value or type of gift set for this humerous gift exchange. Items that you no longer want in your home are appropriate.

Downtown Richmond by the Courthouse

Richmond Kiwanians as well as EKU Circle K and MCHS and Model HS Key Club members will distribute candy at this event designed for children!

Setting up for the festival will begin at 5:30 p.m. by the courthouse.
The event itself will be from 6 pm and continue until 8 pm.
Kiwanians are asked to attend and the bring candy both the the Kiwanis meeting October 18 and/or to the Halloween Hoe-Down

Free Activities include Kids Games and Prizes, Pumpkin Painting, Pre-carved pumpkin contest, Halloween Art Contest, Inflatables, a Petting Zoo, Walk Around Characters, Face painting, and More!
